Notes

The fully age-stratified data from the supplement was extracted using WebPlotDigitizer and normalizing distances for percentages to the total number of suspected cases and deaths reported for under and over 5s in the manuscript. Also note that for completeness the under 5 data is extracted twice (once time-stratified from the manuscript, and once for the full time-period from the supplement). Due to some missing age data, the age-specific counts do not add up to the overall primary case counts.
