Notes

Cases were not laboratory confirmed. No description of cases or definitions. Dates based strictly on epidemic weeks with ISO standard, don't completely match with histogram or dates above . Ifo 2 refugee camp also began as Ifo II east and west as far as population statistic, but given the outbreak data is only called Ifo II - I added these up. ECL June 2019: Added the source document from the original taxonomy but the data in the OC is more detailed than what is in the pdf. There must have been additional information that I cannot access through Twine so I'm not changing the data to match what is in this source document.
